Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery

• Orders are made-to-order and ship within 7–10 days after purchase.
• Delivery estimates after dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays):
  • Croatia: 3–4 days
  • EU: 7–15 working days
  • Rest of the world: 20–45 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs or carrier delays outside our control.

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order weight. All orders include tracked shipping.

All orders are shipped with Croatian Post (Hrvatska pošta) and require a signature upon delivery.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered parcels caused by incorrect address details or customs delays.

Carriers & Tracking

• Orders are shipped via Croatian Post (Hrvatska pošta) with tracking and signature required.
• Tracking info sent once your order is on its way.

Customs & Taxes

• International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges.
• These are billed directly by your local customs office.

Address Accuracy
